I am Jonna.

I guess you could say it makes sense that I ended up being a real estate agent.  Real estate and the love for houses is in my blood:  my Dad builds custom houses, primarily in Hawaii, my Mom’s degree is in interior design, and my Mom’s side of the family has long been in the concrete and landscape design business.  I grew up with carpentry books and design books all around me and I have to believe that helped lead to my love of real estate.

For a long time, I knew being a Realtor was something I wanted to do “someday” and lucky for me, it happened sooner than expected.  After graduating from UCSB (Go Gauchos!) I moved to San Diego and found work in the event planning industry and marketing/management positions.  Once we had our daughter in 2006, I decided it was time for the big leap to becoming a Realtor and I have not looked back since.  As far as life outside of real estate, I really enjoy spending time with friends and family.  We have two kids and enjoy summer days at the beach, camping, hiking and enjoying all San Diego has to offer.  This really is a spectacular place to call home and our whole family is very happy to live here.
